Saan aabot ang P50 mo?

Palihan

The Cultural Center of the Philippines recently announced a ‘Workshop All You Can’ as part of their Pasinaya: Palabas at Palihan Open House Festival this year. This features a quite a bunch of workshops you can choose from such as, ballet for babies and adults, children’s theatre, rondalla, Philippine musical instruments, chamber choir, and more from the 40+ different workshops they’re offering.

Each workshop will be 30 minutes long and participants are free to attend whichever and how many they would like during this 6-hour event. You only need to pay a small amount, a minimum donation of P50.00. Feeling a little more generous? You can pay more than that if you want!

Workshops will be within the CCP complex and will be from 9:00am – 3:00pm on February 4, 2017, Saturday.

Schedule of workshops are here.

Registration will be on-site.

Palabas

The next day, February 5, 2017, CCP will also be holding several performances from 8:00AM – 6:00PM including that of Ballet Philippines, the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra and the Philippine Madrigal Singers. They will be performing previews of their upcoming productions. Also expect film showings, food booths, dance, musical theatre, and a tiangge. CCP has already claimed to be “the happiest place on Earth” for these two days.

If you feel cramped inside the CCP Complex, there will be transportation from the complex going to their partner museums such as BahayTsinoy, Casa Manila, Metropolitan Museum of Manila, the National Museum, and UP Manila Museum, among many others.
