Aaaaah Urban Decay just released a new Naked palette and it can have my money right now! This is the new Urban Decay Naked Skin Shapeshifter. It’s a face palette that looks like a book of the world’s best kept secrets, clad in gold with that signature sleek look Urban Decay always had. Although they have yet to actually release it in stores, the palette has already won hearts.
The palette opens in the middle like your typical Naked palette but this time the mirror sits in the middle part. Each palette contains four powder shades for highlight and bronzing, and five smaller cream shades for flawless contouring and color correcting. Currently there will be two shade combinations to choose from, one for fair and another for deeper skin tones.
Perfect for the on-the-go beauty
The whole idea behind this is a travel-friendly contouring kit that will save space and time when you’re just on the go but still need to look flawless and perfect. It literally fits right in your pocket, by the way. Urban Decay has also designed a Shapeshifter double-ended brush which has your fan brush on one side for highlight and a flat brush on the other for your cream shades.
It looks a lot to me like the Urban Decay Ultimate Basics palette with the orange, creams, and pinks. I tried to swatch the Ultimate Basics and the pigmentation is just out of this world. If the Urban Decay takes this kind of formula to their new Naked Skin Shapeshifter, we better hold on, boys and girls, because we are in for a wild ride.
