The iPhone X is here. Let that sink for a bit. You’ve been waiting for it. Apple has been waiting for it. The tenth-anniversary special edition iPhone. It’s finally here, the iPhone X. Let that sink for a bit.
We’ll take a much closer look at Apple’s momentous new flagship (on a separate post), but for now, let’s do a little housekeeping. Let’s talk specs, price, and release date—all matters of immediate importance to us Filipinos wanting to get our hands on the new iPhone.
iPhone X specs
The new iPhone X comes packed with a host of great features both foreign and familiar to smartphone users. The biggest, perhaps, is its facial recognition capabilities which Apple promises to be so robust that you can’t fool its A.I. by using a photo of your face. Face ID, Apple claims, you’ll have to rest assured to be airtight.
We’ll talk more about what’s new and interesting in the new flagship on a different post, but for now, here’s the full spec sheet fresh from the iPhone event at the Steve Jobs theater.

The iPhone X’s price is listed to start at $999, which converts to 50995.95 in Philippine Peso at the time of this writing.
