Of the move, Araullo says: “Sa larangan ng journalism, gusto ko pang matuto. At palagay ko [GMA] is one of the best places to learn new things about journalism. So I’m really excited.”

(“I want to learn more in the field of journalism. And I think [GMA] is one of the best places to learn new things about journalism. So I’m really excited.”)

On September 15th episode of his morning program, Umagang Kay Ganda, Araullo announced his departure from ABS-CBN, a network he’s been with for 10 years.
