10 Coolest Metro Manila Airbnbs for the Weekend!

Ahh, the weekend. It’s only Thursday but I consider this the perfect day to plan for those two days. Book it now or tomorrow morning and after the Friday grind, go treat yourself to a nice kinda-getaway. It’s an anything-goes weekend!

Here are our top 10 Airbnb homes great for an overnight stay in the city.

The Fort/Bonifacio Global City

158sqm Loft
Entire Home – 6 Guests
P6924/night

This loft is just absolutely stunning.  Just look at that common area! We are totally living for this. You get an almost panoramic view of the whole city a view of the Manila Gold Course Those tall ceilings won’t make you feel so cramped unlike your typical studio apartments. From the reviews you’ll see people just mad about this place. You won’t regret staying in this apartment, although it is quite a splurge.

Cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment
Entire Home/Apartment – 4 Guests
P3985/night

It’s a homey well-decorated place in the Fort you’d want to live in for the rest of your life. Located right within Bonifacio Global City, you won’t run out of places to go to. Take stroll in the park right outside, go partying all night, and you’ll be happy to come back to this home away from home.

Makati City

Penthouse in Poblacion
Entire Home/Apartment – 2 Guests
P2491/night

The first time we saw this on AirBnB, we just kind of put a stop to whatever we were doing and basked in its beauty. It is a impressive Filipino-inspired studio that features this vaulted ceiling of life! It even comes with those old windows made out of wood and oyster shell. But this is not known just for its interior decorating. The place also has a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area for 6-8 people. It is situated on the 7th floor so you can see the fantastic city skyline at night.

BRBlock Boutique
Entire Home/Apartment – 2 Guests
P1594/night

BRBlock Boutique is the right choice for the saver. Don’t be discouraged by small it looks. This place has 5-star ratings and good reviews from those who have stayed here. It’s one of those places you book when you plan to be out in town for a while, although it is also a great place to stay in and watch movies with a friend.

Ortigas Center

One Shangri-La Place Suite
Entire Home/Apartment – 2 Guests
P2789/night

If you’re in for minimalist interiors and architecture, this suite is the one for you. Even if you’re not, you will still love staying in this one because it’s almost like staying in a 5-star hotel room. It’s a short walk to the mall too, if you’re planning to go shopping during the weekend.

Penthouse Loft
Entire Home/Apartment – 5 Guests
P4234/night

When you’re searching for Airbnbs online and also asking a bunch of friends, chances are most of them look the same – typical studio apartment with a nice bed and a kitchen. Rarely do you see an apartment that almost looks like that part of the mansion everyone takes photos of. This penthouse can be a bit overwhelming at first since it is quite big. Though if you go upstairs, its warm and soft interior will have you book this place again for another weekend. One of the bedrooms has mood lighting too.

Ortigas Center 2-Bedroom Apartment
Entire Home/Apartment – 4 Guests
P5479/night

Though right in the center of a bustling city, Ralph’s apartment is a great place to stay if you plan on staying away from the busy streets below. A great view is always inches away since the place is located 33 floors up. Taking an afternoon nap? Don’t forget to set an alarm so you don’t miss that Manila Bay sunset.

Quezon City

Modern Loft in Eastwood
Entire Home/Apartment – 4 Guests
P3238/night

We would be lying if we said we didn’t have a soft spot for lofts. Lofts are great because it offers high ceilings, so it’s added ventilation and lighting plus you always feel you’re getting enough air. No hint of claustrophobia here! Fresh and clean aren’t the typical words you here to describe a place, but this place is just that.

Pasay City

Charming Apartment in Pasay
Entire Home/Apartment – 4 Guests
P2590/night

Before it makes our list, it has to have that homey feel. Weekend outings are for those “I want to get out of home but I also want to be reminded I have work on Monday.” This apartment is something like that. It’s a humble almost cottage-like studio right in the middle of the city. Well, it’s not right inside the capital city, but it’s near the known attractions like Intramuros, SM Mall of Asia, and Ocean Park for your weekend fun

Sunset 1404
Entire Home/Apartment – 8 Guests
P6525/night

If you want spacious, this is it. Enjoy the weekend with a few more friends and this will be the most sulit Metro Manila apartment you’ll get. We’re loving the pop of colors everywhere, especially the ones behind the beds. Aside from the usual rooms, they also have a tech space complete with a computer, printer, and some office supplies, great for finishing up some urgent work.
