2017 is a big year for Marvel. And even bigger is 2018. The year marks the release of Avengers: Infinity War, the big hoopla the film studio has been teasing us about since we first saw them assemble in 2012. With Guardians Of The Galaxy: Vol 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Thor: Ragnarok coming to theaters, the stage is finally being set for the upcoming clash between the Avengers and the “biggest, baddest” villain that Marvel has ever had.
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige wants you to know this, so he dropped a three-minute tease where he basically promises that Infinity War will be, by all means, awesome.
For the most part, it’s effective. I mean, didn’t something in you tingle when that concept art of Rocket Raccoon and Thor flashed on the screen? Also: Tony Stark and his armada of Iron Man suits. Take. My. Money.
Making things unbearably more exciting, Robert Downey Jr. himself flipped out a live broadcast from the set of the movie, alongside directors Joe and Anthony Russo and co-Avenger Tom Holland (who plays Spider-Man) as his friendly “camera guy”. Watch here:
