Goodbye and Thanks for Nothing, Windows Vista

Finally, the end has come to the world’s most hated operating system, Windows Vista.

As of Tuesday, April 11, 2017, the company that made Vista, Microsoft, will no longer support the operating as per this support article. Windows Vista was released just over a decade ago in 2007 and has been dubbed as the worst version of Windows.

After the solid run of Windows XP, Vista has a lot of burden to carry on and it failed miserably. Windows 7 was the next version that people praised and truly called a version worth upgrading for.

Albeit the awkward and hated of Vista, it still brought the signature “Aero Glass” and “Windows Search” that we’re still using right now. Statistically, Vista has a market share of less 1%, but if you’re one of them, I suggest you upgrade your Windows now as it will no longer be supported by the company.
