Marvel's 'Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2' Unveils Soundtrack Listing

The Full List Of Tunes Included In The ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2’ Soundtrack

Welcome to your (second) tape, fellow ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ fan.

Marvel's 'Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2' Unveils Soundtrack ListingMeredith Quill’s bequeathment “mixtapes” to Peter (a.k.a. Star-Lord) are part of the reason why Guardians of the Galaxy works. The 2014 superhero sleeper takes much of its distinct atmosphere from its cheery, catchy soundtrack, which ultimately became a huge success of its own.

For the second iteration tied with the upcoming sequel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, writer-director James Gunn is able to add more familiar titles including a Fleetwood Mac (“The Chain”) and an E.L.O. (Electronic Light Orchestra) (“Mr. Blue Sky”) among others. There are, of course, some lesser known tracks that made the cut, including Jay & The Americans’ “Come A Little Bit Closer”.

I have compiled all the songs together in a Spotify playlist, because I love your face:
